In 1976, the dream that came true the following year was born! A group of young people, all with a passion for tourism innovation and the awakening of the Azores for tourism, unite and create a tourism industry society. The first step was a restaurant! And it was! In the heart of Ponta Delgada!

It takes the name of ROBERTO, in homage to the famous coffee that there had existed, before the construction of the Coastal Avenue. Little was the offer of spaces of the sort and many battles had to be overcome, but it won the tenacity and today Roberto remains a different space, cozy, refurbished. True to its principle of being a sign of quality, good taste and simplicity.
