The house of traditional Faialian architecture, built of volcanic stone, is surrounded by fields, trees, fruit trees, animal pens, pasture fields.

Dating from the end of the 19th century, the house has undergone some remodeling to better accommodate it, managing to keep the old conditions and standards of comfort of our days.

A lounge in the center of the main house serves as breakfast room. A mini-library with a large variety of books about the Azores in several languages is at your disposal.

From the house depart various footpaths that invite you to stroll on foot with breathtaking views of the islands of St. George and Graciosa.

Five spacious rooms await you, all with private bathrooms, each room has a different color, maintaining the rural taste for decoration, but without forgetting the details of comfort and privacy required for a good stay.

All rooms have several windows and plenty of natural light.
