The restaurant is located 1500 meters from the port of Lajes, and only 12 kilometers from Santa Cruz and 15 kilometers from Fajã Grande. In the confection of the meals, products of the owners' farm or the island of Flores are used. According to Uwe and Sylke Steiner, the owners of the space, the goal is to show customers the diversity of regional products.
