R3 Restaurant - Destinazores

The idea treats three different concepts of restoration, hence the name R3, one of pasta, salads and soups, a shellfish / brewery and finally a gourmet concept and food and wine.
In the concept of pasta and salads, they are prepared on the spot, in front of the client, he chooses the ingredients that make up his salad or pasta that are exposed in the shop window. In this concept there is no table service, that is, the customer picks up his tray and sits according to available seats.

The second concept, seafood restaurant, gives the customer the opportunity to enjoy the best seafood coming from the Azores, choosing it directly from the aquarium of the establishment. In this concept, beer and white and green wines (with a main focus on those produced locally) are favored in order to make a perfect marriage with the seafood.

The third concept consists of a gourmet kitchen and wine and food (combination of wine and food), where wine consumption, tasting menus, more elaborate dishes and good entrees are highly favored.
