This trail – PRC2-SMI – of medium difficulty and about 4 hours of walking, allows walking in an extraordinary environment of endemic plants, see several water courses and finish in the spectacular southern part of Lagoa do Fogo. It’s a round-trip rail. On the way back, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the south coast of São Miguel with the highlighted islet of Vila Franca do Campo.
