Joe's Place is set in a traditional Azores house in the center of Madalena, the main town of Pico Island. We propose comfortable rooms. It is possible to relax, have breakfast and taste Pico wine on the terraces of Joe's Place.

I am Luso French and she French. I conveyed the love of my culture and she taught me to travel outside the tour guides. Together, we settled on the Island of Pico in a space open to travelers from all over the world who seek authenticity. Our gesthouse is the image of what we like about our travels and experiences: travelers feel at home while thousands of miles away, it is a warm and familiar place.
